Improve process for inserting URL

To insert a URL now requires pasting it in, pressing the space bar to insert an image and article/page title, then (usually) removing the URL you pasted in.

Please do this instead:

After a URL is pasted in: automatically fetch it (without requiring a space), do the insertion, then remove the pasted in URL.
